Fifth Annual Conference
The Conference will take place May 2nd – 5th, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. This event is for Guatemalan adoptees 18 and older.
Registration
Registration for our conference is now open! There is a conference fee of $40 for in-person attendance. The conference fee includes a ticket to attend the event, a conference T-shirt, and snacks and beverages. If the conference fee prevents you from participating, please reach out to us at [email protected] to talk about waiving the conference fee. No one will be turned away.
This year we are including an online option! Tickets will be complimentary for online attendance, with an option to purchase a T-shirt. Online participation is only for Guatemalan adoptees.

Online tickets (no T-shirt) are available until May 1, 2024.
The conference fee does not include lodging or transportation. We have included details on transportation and hotel details below.

Location
The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 E Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL 6060. We have a conference room in the hotel for the events. There is a special discounted room rate for the conference of $189 per night. There are additional hotels in the area, you do not need to stay at the hotel to attend the conference.
Transportation
Chicago has two airports, Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway Airport (MDW).
You can use Lyft or Uber to reach the hotel from either airport.
