Job Description: We are looking for a college student to join our team as a paid Social Media Manager Intern. The intern will create content for TikTok, Instagram, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. The position reports to the Executive Director and is remote, the intern will be able to build their own schedule.
Responsibilities: Create content about Guatemalan adoptee’s experiences and Guatemala for our social media accounts. Grow our social media following and track metrics across our accounts. Increase interactions with our accounts. There is a lot of opportunity to be creative and build unique content in the form of short videos, infographics, pictures and text posts. They will be responsible to ensuring we can post content on a regular basis.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for social media and understanding platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. The ability to work collaboratively. A college student based in the United States. Must be able to create quality social media content.
Pay: $15/hour
Location: Remote (US)
Schedule: Part-Time (7 hours per week)
Length: 5 Months
