The Conference will take place June 12th – 15th, 2025 in Houston, Texas. This is our 6th year hosting the conference, it is the largest gathering of Guatemalan adoptees in the world! There will be speakers, panels, cultural events, opportunities to explore Houston, and much more. This event is for Guatemalan adoptees 18 and older.
The Conference will take place at the Marriott – Courtyard Houston Downtown/Convention Center, 916 Dallas Street Houston, Texas, USA, 77002. There conference will take place in multiple conference rooms. The schedule will include more details. We will also have signs up at the hotel. Early Bird Registration: $35 – January 17th to February 7th.
Regular Registration: $45 – February 8th to May 23rd.
Late Registration: $60 – May 24th to June 12th.
The conference ticket purchased with registration includes access to all conference events, T-shirt, lanyard, and more.

There is a block of rooms at the Marriott – Courtyard Houston Downtown/Convention Center with a group rate of $145 per night. If you book a room it includes complimentary breakfast each morning. There are two airports in Houston, George Bush Intercontinental Airport(IAH) and William P Hobby Airport(HOU). We recommend you take Uber/Lyft to the hotel from the airport.
The hotel is a block away from the light rail, Red Line, Main Street Square Station SB. This is an option for getting around downtown Houston. The light rail does to connect to either airport.
